Ernest J. Gaines Society Sessions
2015 American Literature Association Conference
Boston, Massachusetts
May 21-24, 2015

The Ernest J. Gaines Society invites proposals for papers on any aspect of the work of Ernest J. Gaines for the Gaines Society’s sessions at the American Literature Association Annual Conference. Send a proposal (300 to 500 words) and a short CV to Marcia Gaudet at mgaudet@louisiana.edu by Jan. 15, 2015. All relevant proposals will be considered. The American Literature Association’s 26th annual conference will meet at the Westin Copley Place in Boston on May 21-24, 2015 (Thursday through Sunday of Memorial Day weekend). The deadline for proposals is Jan. 30, 2015. For further information, consult the American Literature Association or contact the conference director, Professor Olivia Carr Edenfield at carr@georgiasouthern.edu with specific questions.

Note: The Jan. 30, 2015, deadline is for proposals to the conference director for the general program. Proposals for sessions sponsored by author societies should follow the guidelines and deadlines posted for each society. As noted, the proposal deadline for the Ernest J. Gaines Society sessions is Jan. 15, 2015.
